Dear Reader,
Welcome and thank you for taking time to visit The Success Notes.
2024 has been a fairly successful year for most people. For some, it has also been wildly successful. And for some, challenging as well.
For me, it has been hugely Inspiring.
Why am I writing this newsletter?
Being in the role of a Strategic Partnerships Mentor, I was fortunate to be able to build over a 100 Partnerships & campaigns across the last year . This allowed me to work with brands and businesses across multiple industries - Retail, f&b, Hospitality, Services, Luxury, Healthcare, Leisure & more. And also with professionals leading these businesses across every level - From Founders to Senior Managements, Managers and executives.
Engaging every single day with multiple new people, coming from diverse backgrounds, cultures and roles, I have come to get an insight into their challenges and aspirations, and how they are fighting the challenges and achieving success.
Learning from and sharing your knowledge with others is a superpower to Self and Community growth.
Here are top 3 things i learnt working with over 100s of brands and thousands of professionals and everyday individuals (like me) :
People are awesome. They are passionate about what they do, and want to contribute.
Everyone has the power to be the 10X version of themselves. Even with a 10% direction, they can reach 10X levels of growth over time.
There is huge knowledge and power in collective wisdom. And impact in collective effort.
The Success Notes Newsletter is my initiative and route to Helping Solopreneurs, Entrepreneurs & Professionals from Startups & SMEs with limited resources to scale faster with Strategic Partnerships Marketing and sharing the deconstruct with Systems, Resources, Books & Interviews for Success as I learn.
